Tomonobu IBE

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined Goldman Sachs in 2011. He worked for a total of 11 years, including two years at the New York headquarters, spending four years in the Foreign Exchange Sales Department and seven years in the Fixed Income Sales Department. He then founded Questory Inc. in 2022.

Satoru OSHIRO

After graduating from Kobe University Graduate School, joined Hitachi, Ltd. in 2010 as a computer designer. Subsequently worked for nine years as a management consultant at PwC and Deloitte, primarily serving tech industries and handling a wide range of projects from strategic planning to business and system transformation. Joined Questory in July 2023 and assumed current position in September 2024.

Mikio YAMAGUCHI

After serving as Director and COO of Pocket Marche Co., Ltd. (now Amekaze Taiyo Co., Ltd.), he held various executive positions including Director at Urban X Technologies Co., Ltd., Managing Partner at SDG Impact Japan Co., Ltd., and Auditor at Rashinban Co., Ltd. He assumed the role of Auditor at Questory Co., Ltd. in February 2023 and has held his current position since September 2024.

Bongwoo LEE

Since 1989, he has produced and distributed over 250 films. He sparked the “Hallyu boom” through the distribution of films like “Shiri,” “JSA,” and “Memories of Murder.” His production “Patchigi!” ranked #1 on Kinema Junpo's Best Ten list, and “Hula Girls” won the Japan Academy Prize for Best Picture. He has received numerous awards, including the Busan Film Festival Asian Film Award and the 16th Yodogawa Nagaharu Award. He is a director of Showrunners Inc.

Hiroyuki TANIGUCHI

After working at Nissho Iwai Corporation (now Sojitz Corporation), he became Representative Director of BBMF Co., Ltd. (now BeGreer Co., Ltd.) and launched “Manga Kingdom”. He is engaged in alliances with a wide range of industries including publishing, video, and games through the e-book business. He is a director of Showrunners Co., Ltd.

Rika FUJINE

Graduated from Chiba University, Faculty of Letters. Worked as a public university staff member handling finance, executive secretarial duties, accounting tasks, and planning/operating public lectures. Subsequently worked in comprehensive roles at a staffing outsourcing company and a licensed/certified childcare facility operator. Joined Questory Inc. in May 2023. Responsible for back-office operations including accounting, labor affairs, and general affairs.

Engineer

Taisei IGARASHI

While enrolled in the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Aizu, he won the Grand Prize at JP HACKS, a hackathon hosted by the University of Tokyo. After graduating from graduate school with a master's thesis on blockchain, he designed and developed Hyperledger/Iroha at Soramitsu Corporation, which was adopted by the Linux Foundation. He subsequently worked on developing Bakong (CBDC) in collaboration with the National Bank of Cambodia. Currently focuses on blockchain system design and implementation, conducting research on DID/VC, developing various applications, and serving as an advisor.

Kazuki MORITA

Graduated from Senshu University Graduate School in 2024. Joined JPYC Inc. in 2021. Began working with Questory in 2023, participating in the Ishikō Project. Relocated to Nishi-Aizu Town in 2024 in connection with this work. Engaged in regional revitalization centered on the Ishikō Project, facilitating the relocation of several individuals. Researcher at Senshu University Digital Community Currency Consortium Laboratory. Assumed current position in January 2025.

Aiko KINOSHITA

While employed at Cinecanon, he was involved in cinema operations in Seoul, South Korea. Since 2014, he has worked on cast coordination and film distribution for Korean and Japanese films. Major distribution titles include “Late Autumn,” “Poet of the Sky, Wind, and Stars: The Life of Yun Dong-ju,” “The Attorney,” and “Us.”

Mahiro NAGAKI

Since 2013, at Eiga 24ku Co., Ltd. (now Kinema Junpo Planning Co., Ltd.), engaged in regional production utilizing film for regional revitalization in collaboration with local governments and businesses, film school management, actor management, and more. In 2021, he joined Sumomo Inc., where he handled publicity for films including Searching for Light and Domani! A Message of Love. He served as producer for the documentary film The Story of the Chawan-ya: The Four-Hundred-Year Traveler, released in 2024.

Akihiro YAMAMOTO

While attending the University of Tokyo, he founded an education venture and gained experience in Japan's first micro-short-term insurance business at Japan Disaster Partners Co., Ltd. (now SBI Rista Micro-Short-Term Insurance Co., Ltd.). He then worked on new product development at Japan Living Guarantee Co., Ltd. (now Solvvy Co., Ltd.). Through his hobby of music activities, he recognized the potential of fintech × entertainment and joined Loyalty Bank Co., Ltd., where he realized Japan's first loyalty transaction service.

Kotaro IKE

Joined a Japanese securities firm in 1989, working as a trader for institutional investors in equities, bonds, and derivatives. Subsequently, served as lead manager for capital raising and new listings for listed companies in the Corporate Finance Division. From 1997, worked at foreign investment banks including Merrill Lynch Japan Securities, Morgan Stanley Securities, and Deutsche Securities, consistently engaged in corporate capital raising and M&A advisory services. Key deals included serving as lead manager for the IPOs of Fuji Television, NTT DOCOMO, Dentsu, and SKY Perfect JSAT, as well as financing, restructuring, and M&A for the NTT Group, the petroleum industry, broadcasting industry, mass retailers, aviation industry, electric power industry, and trading companies. Became independent in 2018, leveraging his investment banking experience to provide advisory services on corporate capital strategy and management. In September 2022, he established INNO Associates Inc. with personal investments from chairmen, presidents, and advisors in the business community with whom he had cultivated long-standing relationships.

His major works include Yū Koyama's “Ganbare Genki,” Leiji Matsumoto's “Battle Manga Series,” Motoka Murakami's “The Legend of the Mountain Man” (winner of the Kodansha Manga Award), Hidenori Hara's “Winter Story,” and Kazuo Umezu's “I Am Shingo.” Served as editor-in-chief of Young Sunday, Big Comic Superior, and Big Comic Gold. Appointed Professor at Kyoto Seika University's Manga Department in 2003. Founded the Manga Production Department and, as its head, nurtured numerous professional manga artists. Served as a judge for the International Manga Awards (sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and as chair of the judging committee for “This Manga is Amazing!” (sponsored by Takarajimasha).

Yusuke is the CEO and Producer at Whatever Co. He works across disciplines including advertising, branding, TV programs, installations, and digital products—from concept and production to experience design. With offices in Tokyo, New York, Taipei, Singapore, and Berlin, he leads projects globally. In recent years, he has also produced the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
In film and content, he is working on the feature-length development of HIDARI, a stop-motion period project created with wooden puppets. He also co-hosts the Shibuya Pilot Film Festival, dedicated to pilot films for film and animation, and supports a platform where the next wave of challenges can emerge.

Joined Azusa Audit Corporation in 2014, engaged in accounting audits and internal control audits. Joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC in 2019, providing advisory services primarily focused on governance, risk management, and internal audit. Joined HANOWA Co., Ltd. as Head of the Corporate Division in July 2024. Assumed current position in September 2024.
