株式会社ワットエバー（本社：東京都、代表：富永 勇亮、以下「Whatever」）がドワーフスタジオ、TECARATと共に制作を進めているストップモーション時代劇『HIDARI』は、第79回 カンヌ国際映画祭「Annecy Animation Showcase」において、本作の原案・脚本・監督を務める川村真司とプロデューサーの松本紀子が長編映画化に向けたプレゼンテーションを実施し、『HIDARI』の主演声優としてキアヌ・リーブスが決定したことを発表しました。

Whatever Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo; CEO: Yusuke Tominaga; hereinafter “Whatever”) is producing the stop-motion period drama “HIDARI” in collaboration with Dwarf Studio and TECARAT. At the “Annecy Animation Showcase” during the 79th Cannes International Film Festival, Shinji Kawamura—who serves as the film’s original creator, screenwriter, and director—and producer Noriko Matsumoto gave a presentation on the project’s development into a feature film and announced that Keanu Reeves has been cast as the lead voice actor for “HIDARI.”
