P.I.C.S. and Questry have entered into a business partnership for the joint development of IP content.
P.I.C.S.とQuestryがIPコンテンツの共同開発に関する業務提携を締結。
映像の企画から制作、映像編集、配信・流通向けサービスに至るまでを、グローバルにワンストップでお届けする株式会社IMAGICA GROUP（本社:東京都港区、代表取締役社長 社長執行役員 グループCEO:長瀬俊二郎）のグループ会社である株式会社ピクス（本社：東京都、代表取締役：平賀大介、以下「P.I.C.S.」）は、株式会社クエストリー（本社：東京都、代表取締役：伊部智信、以下「Questry」）と、P.I.C.S.が手がける「プリンセスぞのふ」パイロットフィルムに関する投資および共同事業契約を締結いたしました。本件はQuestryにとってパイロットフィルム投資の第1号案件となります。
本提携を通じて、両社は本作の長編化、シリーズ展開等を視野に入れたIP開発を共同で推進し、作品価値の最大化を目指してまいります。
P.I.C.S. Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo; Representative Director: Daisuke Hiraga; hereinafter “P.I.C.S.”), a group company of IMAGICA GROUP Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President, Representative Director, and Group CEO: Shunjiro Nagase), which provides global one-stop services ranging from video planning and production to video editing and distribution services, has entered into an investment and joint venture agreement with Questry Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomonobu Ibe; hereinafter “Questry”) regarding investment and a joint venture agreement for the pilot film “Princess Zonofu,” produced by P.I.C.S. This marks Questry’s first pilot film investment.
Through this partnership, the two companies will jointly promote IP development with a view toward expanding the project into a feature-length film and a series, aiming to maximize the value of the work.
