株式会社Questry（本社：東京都目黒区、代表取締役：伊部 智信、以下「Questry」）と株式会社foriio（本社：東京都新宿区、代表取締役：山田 寛仁、以下「foriio」）は、本日、クリエイター発IPコンテンツの共同開発・プロデュースに関する業務提携の基本合意を締結したことをお知らせいたします。

本提携では、foriioが運営する国内最大級のクリエイターポートフォリオプラットフォーム「foriio」（登録クリエイター30万人超）と、Questryが有するエンターテインメント・コンテンツ産業に特化した金融・事業開発の知見を掛け合わせ、クリエイターを起点とする新たなIPを共同で企画・開発・プロデュースしてまいります。

両社は本合意のもと、第一弾の共同開発プロジェクトの組成に向けた協議を順次進めてまいります。

Questry Inc. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomonobu Ibe; hereinafter “Questry”) and foriio Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hirohito Yamada; hereinafter “foriio”) are pleased to announce that they have today entered into a basic agreement regarding a business partnership for the joint development and production of creator-originated IP content.

Through this partnership, the two companies will combine “foriio”—one of Japan’s largest creator portfolio platforms operated by foriio (with over 300,000 registered creators)—with Questry’s expertise in finance and business development specialized in the entertainment and content industries to jointly plan, develop, and produce new IP originating from creators.

Under this agreement, the two companies will proceed with discussions to establish their first joint development project.
